- How do I place an order?
Browse our gold products, select your desired weight, click “Buy Now,” and follow checkout instructions. You can pay via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other supported payment options. - Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, if your order has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Once the package is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping & Delivery
- Is my gold insured during shipping?
Yes. Every order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our facility until it reaches your address. - How long will delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery window. If your order is delayed, contact us so we can check tracking and intervene if needed. - What if my package is lost or damaged?
File a claim with us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier’s insurance and provide you with resolution options, which may include replacement or refund.
Pick-Up Locations
- How do I pick up my order in person?
At checkout, select one of our 11 pickup locations. We’ll notify you once the gold is ready. Bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. - What is the pickup window?
Most locations hold orders for up to 7 calendar days. After this period, unclaimed orders may be returned or subject to restocking fees.
Returns & Exchanges
- Can I return gold once purchased?
Due to the nature of precious metals, returns are permitted only under specific conditions (e.g. if a defect is proven). Contact customer support to initiate the return process. - How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds (less any shipping or restocking fees) are issued within 7–14 business days.
Product Authenticity
- How do I know the gold is real?
All our bars come with certifications of purity and authenticity, and are supplied by C. Hafner, a trusted European refiner. - Do you provide assay reports?
Yes. Certificates can be included with the shipment or made available digitally depending on the product and your location.
